How do I add or remove users from my TracknTime account?

You can manage users directly from your dashboard under the “Team Management” section.

What devices are compatible with TracknTime’s mobile app?

TracknTime works on Android and iOS devices. Some features like GPS-based clock-ins are exclusive to Android.

Can I export reports for payroll or compliance?

Yes. All attendance data can be exported in ready-to-use formats (CSV, PDF) from the Reports tab.

How do I install the physical time clock?

It’s plug-and-play. You’ll receive instructions via email, and our support team is ready to assist if needed.

How do I activate the physical time clock after receiving the device?

Just plug it in, connect it to Wi-Fi, and log in using your TracknTime account credentials. It will automatically sync with your team data.

Does TracknTime work offline?

Yes. Both the mobile app and time clock continue tracking even without internet and sync automatically once back online.
